Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Please note: We no longer offer free returns.
Returns can be arranged by providing a prepaid return label, a Royal Mail QR code, or by arranging a collection service through us. The cost of the return service will be deducted from your refund amount.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in the same condition you received it.
- It is unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- It is in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@alexanderhutton.co.uk.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide either:
- A prepaid return shipping label,
- A Royal Mail QR code, or
- A collection service arranged through our courier network.
Please note that the cost of the return method selected will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@alexanderhutton.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Please note that return costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Alexander Hutton.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping or collection costs.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
