Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Good news: Returns are free of charge, unless the return is for an exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in the same condition you received it.

It is unworn or unused, with original tags attached.

It is in its original packaging.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@alexanderhutton.co.uk.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your order, but if you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@alexanderhutton.co.uk so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Please note: Exchanges are not eligible for the free return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
