• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your suitcase as quickly as possible. Delivery times currently vary by collection:

• Harissa Collection: We have stock available, and delivery is estimated at 5–14 working days.

• Amara Collection: Due to a shortfall in stock, delivery is currently estimated at 12–25 working days (up to 5 weeks).

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.

3. Current Delivery Delays

We are experiencing higher-than-expected demand, which has caused some delays for certain collections. Our team is working closely with logistics partners to minimize delays and ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
